Team Picnic PostNL coach Albert Timmer: “Circuit des Ardennes is a five-day stage race and an important opportunity for our Development program to take the next step in teamwork and race execution over multiple days. We line up with a well-balanced team, where we have different cards to play throughout the week. With Jurgen and Mees, we have two riders who can aim for a strong position in the general classification, while Pavel will be our finisher for the sprint stages. In addition, Lennes, Ulrik, and Matthew give us options to go for stage results, especially by being active in breakaways or targeting specific stages. Throughout the race, our main focus will be on working well together as a group, making good decisions day by day, and continuing to develop our collective strength.”
