Team Picnic PostNL coach Pim Ligthart: “The Classic Lorient in Bretagne is always a demanding one-day race, and we’re lining up with a strong and versatile team ready for every scenario. Our approach will be to race openly and proactively, making sure we’re always on the front foot. If the race proves to be aggressive and opens up, we have several cards to play with riders like Franziska and Pfeiffer, who can both finish strongly from a reduced group. On the other hand, if things are more controlled and it comes down to a bunch sprint, we can count on the speed of Rachele and Megan. With this balance of options, we’re looking forward to an exciting race and the chance to fight for a strong result.”
