Team Picnic PostNL coach Davide Gani: “Strade Bianche marks the start of our Italian campaign in March and, as always, it promises to be a fascinating but tough and unpredictable race. We line up with a mix of new and experienced riders, and one of our key goals will be to continue building our team processes as we move toward the main objectives of the season. Strade is a race where anything can happen at any moment, so we must remain attentive and ready to react to different scenarios throughout the day. Eleonora will be our finisher, and protecting her, especially in the approach to the key sectors we have identified, will be crucial. The race traditionally opens up on the final circuit with the double ascent of Colle Pinzuto and Le Tolfe. There, we will need to give everything and adapt to whatever situation presents itself.”
