Team Picnic PostNL coach Pim Ligthart: “We head to the Tour of Denmark with a squad that is keen to get back racing for the second part of the season. Without a time trial this year, the race is made up of sprint stages and punchy hills – with the traditional route around Vejle likely to be decisive in the overall standings. We will approach things stage-by-stage and look to put ourselves into position to go for day results each day, but to do that we need to show good teamwork throughout the week.”
