Team Picnic PostNL coach Davide Gani: “Our Italian spring continues with Trofeo Binda, one of the most historic and oldest races in women’s cycling. The beauty of Trofeo Binda is that it can unfold in multiple ways, open to both a reduced bunch sprint and a solo finish. We will be at the start with a mix of young and more experienced riders, and our main goal will be to continue the growth process of the team. With Pfeiffer and Eleonora as our finishers, we have riders with different strengths who can play their cards depending on how the race develops. It will be important for us to read the race well and understand its direction, and to decide whether a more aggressive or more conservative approach is needed.”
