De Brabantse Pijl delivered another demanding edition, with the riders tackling just over 126 kilometres and more than 1300 metres of elevation. A total of nineteen climbs shaped the race, including well-known ascents such as the Moskesstraat, Holstheide and the S-Bocht Overijse. After an opening passage over Holstheide and the S-Bocht, the peloton headed into three local laps, setting the stage for an intense finale. It took some time before a breakaway managed to go clear. Eventually, Daniela Hezinova escaped together with nine other riders, but their move was short-lived as the peloton quickly brought them back. Not long after, Adegeest and Dijkstra launched a new attack, opening up a gap of over a minute. Behind them, several riders attempted to bridge across, while Team Picnic PostNL remained well represented in the peloton.
With around 40 kilometres to go, the pace increased significantly in the bunch, causing the peloton to thin out. Audrey De Keersmaeker and Megan Arens held their positions well as the race intensified. In the closing kilometres, De Keersmaeker was still part of the reduced peloton, which managed to reel in the final attackers just over a kilometre from the line, setting up a sprint finish. In the sprint, it was Gery who proved fastest, while De Keersmaeker crossed the line in 20th place.
