Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter of this promotion is Team Picnic PostNL.
2. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
3. The specific entry requirements for each prize draw will be set out in the caption of the relevant Instagram competition post. By entering, participants agree to comply with both the instructions in the relevant competition post and these Terms & Conditions.
4. The promotion consists of three separate prize draws across three separate Instagram posts:
- Prize Draw 1: Opens on 29 June 2026 and closes on 2 July 2026.
- Prize Draw 2: Opens on 8 July 2026 and closes on 11 July 2026.
- Prize Draw 3: Opens on 15 July 2026 and closes on 18 July 2026.
5. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each competition period. Three (3) winners will be selected in total (one winner per prize draw). Previous winners are not eligible to win again during this promotion.
6. Each winner will receive access to the exclusive Team Picnic PostNL Tour de France group chat on Webex, where they will receive behind-the-scenes updates, messages and exclusive content from the team for the remainder of the 2026 Tour de France. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
7. Winners will be selected at random within 24 hours of the relevant competition closing date and contacted via Instagram Direct Message. Winners must respond within 12 hours of being contacted and provide a valid email address to receive their Webex invitation. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe or is found to be ineligible, Team Picnic PostNL reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
8. The promotion is open worldwide to entrants aged 18 years or over, or with the permission of a parent or guardian where required by local law. The promotion is void where prohibited by law.
9. Team Picnic PostNL reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants, disqualify entries that breach these Terms & Conditions, and amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.
10. Personal data will only be processed for the purposes of administering this promotion.
11. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
12. Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
