Starting his junior career in perfect fashion in the 2022 season, Vincent won his first race of the year at the Mapei Classic in France and built on that with solid results for the rest of the campaign. His 2023 season saw him continue to impress over mixed terrain, showing himself in the efforts against the clock and on the climbs, ultimately joining our Development program in 2024.
Starting out as a runner and part of his local athletics club Vincent was inspired by his dad, who rode to a good level in France, and went out cycling with him to maintain fitness and to help his running. Vincent soon caught the two-wheeled bug though and he started riding more and more, taking to races at the cadet age-level in France, progressing year on year ever since.
Clearly an outdoors person, one of the main reasons that Vincent enjoys the sport so much is because he enjoys exploring nature; whether that be up in the mountains, or down by the sea – he just likes to be outside.
From his short career on the bike so far, he sees himself as both a climber and someone that can ride time trials too and with results such as second in the French national championships against the clock and multiple solid results on hilly parcours it would suggest that is where his possible strengths might lie.
